The Founder of The Josephine Worlali Adatsi (JWA) Initiative, Josephine Worlali Adatsi has represented Ghanaian youth at a continental school leadership workshop held in Nairobi from 10–12 February 2026.

The meeting was organised by the African Centre for School Leadership and brought together education leaders from across Africa to improve school leadership systems.

Josephine Adatsi, was the youngest participant at the event. She called for students and young people to be included in education policy discussions.

Participants agreed on the need for better training, mentoring and clear standards for school leaders.

The UNESCO Global Education Monitoring Report 2025 states that school leadership is the second most important school-level factor affecting student learning, after teachers.

Adatsi said young people must help shape the future of education in Africa.
