A contract dispute has led to a lawsuit between Tact Cyber Care Company, a cybersecurity agency, and Abigail Adabo, a popular acheke seller at East Legon known as @Chez Amis.

The agency has sued Miss Abigail at the Madina District Magistrate Court for failing to fulfil a contract agreement between the two parties.

Background of the Dispute
– Contract for Mitigating Viral Content: According to the complaint, Miss Abigail reached out to Tact Cyber Care Company to help mitigate the spread of alleged nude videos and pictures of her husband on social media platforms like Telegram and Snapchat.

– Agreed Cost Fee: Initially, the cybersecurity agency charged $3,000 for the service, but both parties later agreed on a cost fee of $2,500.

Details of the Lawsuit
– Claim by Tact Cyber Care Company: The agency claims that Miss Abigail has defaulted on paying the agreed cost fee despite them executing their part of the contract, with about 85% of the work being done.

The Cybersecurity Agency (Tact Cybercare Company), therefore, wants the court to compel the respondent to make payment of the agreed contract.

The Madina Magistrate Court 2 on 28th Jul 2025 sat on the case where the respondent denied all the claims made by the plaintiff. The court has, however, set to sit on the case again on September 4th, 2025.
