A major highlight of the conference was the donation of 10,000 copies of Archbishop Agyinasare's discipleship and doctrinal series, "Rooted and Built Up in Him," Volumes 1 to 4, translated into Urdu. Archbishop Dr. Charles Agyinasare, Founder and Prelate of Perez Chapel International, has embarked on his fifth missionary visit to Pakistan, leading a series of leadership conferences and evangelistic outreaches that have drawn thousands of participants across the South Asian nation.

The mission, which runs from June 9 to June 18, 2026, began with Archbishop Agyinasare and a nine-member delegation travelling from Accra, Ghana, through Dubai before arriving in Karachi, where they were welcomed by church leaders and members of Pakistan’s Christian community.

The first phase of the outreach took place in Hyderabad, approximately 175 kilometres from Karachi, where thousands of pastors, ministers, church workers and Christian leaders gathered for the IGNITE Ministers’ Conference on June 10.

The conference opened with a session led by Evangelist Francis Agyinasare, who ministered on the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Organisers reported that many participants responded to the call for spiritual renewal, with several attendees testifying to receiving a fresh encounter with God.

Archbishop Agyinasare later addressed the gathering on the theme, “The Power of the Word of God,” stressing the importance of Scripture in personal transformation, church growth and societal development. He encouraged church leaders to build their ministries on biblical principles despite the challenges facing Christians in the country.

A major highlight of the conference was the donation of 10,000 copies of Archbishop Agyinasare’s discipleship and doctrinal series, “Rooted and Built Up in Him,” Volumes 1 to 4, translated into Urdu. The books were distributed to pastors and church leaders to support discipleship and biblical education efforts across Pakistan.

Organisers said the conference also witnessed testimonies of healing. Among them was an elderly man who reportedly abandoned a walking stick he had relied on for five years after receiving prayer.

The mission later transitioned into a large-scale evangelistic outreach dubbed the Festival of Miracles. Despite temperatures exceeding 46 degrees Celsius and severe sandstorms, thousands of people reportedly attended the event in Hyderabad.

During the gathering, Evangelist Francis Agyinasare preached a message of salvation, leading many participants to make commitments to the Christian faith. Archbishop Agyinasare subsequently prayed for the sick, with several attendees sharing testimonies of healing and recovery.

According to organisers, reported healings included relief from chronic back and leg pain, recovery from kidney pain, restored sight and improved speech. They indicated that efforts are underway to document and verify the testimonies.

Following the Hyderabad meetings, the mission has moved to Karachi for additional editions of the IGNITE Ministers’ Conference and Festival of Miracles. The outreach is also scheduled to continue in Gujranwala, Lahore and Islamabad before concluding later this month.

Church leaders involved in the mission say the initiative is focused on evangelism, leadership development, discipleship and strengthening the Christian community in Pakistan.

Archbishop Agyinasare is widely recognised for his missionary work in the country and is reported to have become the first Black preacher to hold a large open-air evangelistic campaign in Pakistan in 2006, drawing thousands of attendees.

With large crowds, leadership training sessions and reports of spiritual renewal marking the opening phase of the mission, organisers believe the outreach is already making a significant impact on churches and communities across Pakistan.
