TMG, Forestry Commission Host Grand Zoo Christmas at Accra Zoo

This Christmas season promises colour, culture, and wholesome family fun as Tobinco Media Group (TMG), in collaboration with the Forestry Commission, hosts a grand festive celebration dubbed “Zoo Christmas” at the Accra Zoo, located within the Achimota Forest.

The festivities will kick off with a refreshing wellness experience, designed to help patrons unwind and shake off the stress of the year. Participants will take part in 1,000 energising steps, promoting fitness, relaxation, and a healthy start to the Christmas celebrations.

On Christmas Day, December 25, the Accra Zoo will come alive with vibrant music, dance, and authentic Ghanaian rhythms as the Kwam Pa Band takes centre stage. Patrons can expect an energetic live performance filled with joy, nostalgia, and true Christmas vibes.

The celebration continues on December 27 with a special day dedicated to children. Families can look forward to a fun-filled experience featuring eating, dancing, painting, games, and a range of exciting activities carefully curated to create beautiful and lasting memories for young patrons.

Providing details on ticketing, Head of Sales at TMG, Mr. Eric Ansah, announced that tickets are priced at GH¢50 for children for the Zoo Kids Festival and GH¢100 for adults for the Kwam Pa Band show, making the event affordable and accessible to all.
