The Tema Development Company has generated one million Ghana cedis in revenue within just three months of introducing its 24-hour service policy.

Managing Director of TDC, Courage Makafui Nunekpeku, who made this known to the press, said the policy, part of his reform agenda, is already delivering significant results.

He expressed optimism that the company’s revenue will quadruple by the end of the year.

Briefing journalists on the company’s operations since assuming office six months ago, the TDC boss outlined sweeping reforms aimed at improving both infrastructure and human resource capacity.

According to him, the introduction of the 24-hour, seven-day work system has not only enhanced efficiency but also ensured the company met its one-million-cedi revenue target within three months.

Touching on recent allegations of land grabbing against the company, Courage Nunekpeku disclosed that an ongoing land audit has uncovered several questionable transactions carried out under previous management.

He explained that many plots were dubiously sold, while some occupants lacked proper documentation.

The TDC Managing Director emphasized that his administration will not be swayed by media reports to halt the audit process, insisting that the exercise will be pursued to ensure accountability and transparency.
