President John Dramani Mahama on Wednesday marked the first anniversary of his administration with a non-denominational thanksgiving service at the forecourt of Jubilee House in Accra.

The ceremony, which began at 8 a.m., has brought together religious leaders, senior government officials, members of the diplomatic corps and invited guests. Under the theme “Resetting. Rebuilding. Renewing.”, the service has been framed as a moment of gratitude for Ghana’s stability over the past year and a pledge of renewal as the government enters its second year.
