Mustapha Gbande, the Deputy General Secretary of Ghana’s opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), has been appointed Deputy Director of Operations at the Presidency.
Mr. Gbande has played a key role in shaping the NDC’s electoral strategies and grassroots mobilisation efforts.
His appointment is widely seen as a strategic move to leverage his expertise in operations and administration.
The decision comes as part of a broader effort by former President John Mahama to strengthen the governance structure ahead of the upcoming elections.
