Morocco were crowned FIFA Arab Cup 2025 champions after a dramatic 3–2 victory over Jordan in extra time at Lusail Stadium, in front of a record-breaking crowd.

The Atlas Lions opened the scoring early, with Oussama Tannane netting in the fourth minute. Jordan responded fiercely, with Ali Olwan scoring twice — including a penalty — to give the Desert Falcons a temporary lead.
