The Ministry of Communications, Digital Technology, and Innovation (MoCDTI) has started a major restructuring effort aimed at aligning with President Ghana’s broader governance reform agenda.
In a media statement released on February 15, 2025, the Ministry revealed that the restructuring process is designed to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the Ministry, its agencies, and related programs.
As part of this shift, the Minister has requested the CVs of all Directors and senior management staff, signaling a significant leadership realignment.
The first phase of the restructuring is already underway, affecting key institutions like the National Communications Authority (NCA) and the Ghana Digital Acceleration Programme, a World Bank-backed initiative. Additional changes across the Ministry and its agencies are expected in the coming weeks.
The Minister also expressed heartfelt gratitude to staff for their dedication, wishing them continued success in their future endeavors.
