MobileMoney LTD (MoMo) has awarded prizes to the winners of the first monthly draw of its ongoing “Me Nsa Aka” promotion, rewarding over 2,000 customers so far.
Mr. Hillary Kwaku Angua Mante from Accra won GHS 5,000 in e-cash, while Charles Benjamin McCarthy and Joseph King Martey, also from Accra, received GHS 3,000 each. The draw was conducted by the National Lottery Authority in Accra.
Abdul Majeed Rufai, Senior Manager for Channel Distribution at MobileMoney LTD, expressed excitement over the promotion’s positive reception. He encouraged customers to download the MoMo app, highlighting the platform’s ease of use and rewards for transactions, including banking, payments, insurance, and savings.
Hillary Kwaku Angua Mante thanked the company for delivering on its promise and urged other customers to explore the app’s features.
Launched in September 2025, the “Me Nsa Aka” promotion offers daily, weekly, and monthly rewards, with a grand prize of GHS 100,000 for the customer with the highest transaction amount. So far, prizes have included cash, Y’ello Biz routers, and other gifts, with over GHS 1.5 million still up for grabs before the promo ends on December 15, 2025.

- Weekly Rewards: Cash prizes up to GHS 2,000 and Y’ello Biz routers
