Accra came alive in spectacular fashion as Ghanaian rap superstar Medikal delivered a historic BYK Concert that completely shut down the Accra Sports Stadium, transforming the iconic venue into a pulsating hub of music, energy, and celebration.
The Beyond Kontrol (BYK) boss once again proved why he remains one of Ghana’s most dominant musical forces, commanding the massive stage with confidence, charisma, and a catalogue packed with back-to-back hits.
From the moment the gates opened, thousands of fans flooded the stadium, creating an electric atmosphere that set the tone for an unforgettable night.

Music duo Keche got the crowd warmed up with their infectious stage presence, while legendary rapper Obrafour took patrons down memory lane, reminding them of Ghana’s rich hiplife heritage with a nostalgic and commanding performance.
One of the most iconic moments of the night came when hiplife pioneer Reggie Rockstone mounted the stage to officially introduce Medikal. The star-studded show continued with thrilling performances from Bisa Kdei, Sarkodie, Fameye, Kofi Mole, Reggie Osei, O’Kenneth, Beeztrap KOTM, and Kojo Blak, who pulled up alongside reality TV star and musician Fantana. Each act brought a unique sound, contributing to a well-curated experience that kept fans on their feet all night long.
