President John Dramani Mahama said Monday that his government will establish a committee early next year to oversee the implementation of recommendations from the Constitutional Review Committee.

Speaking after receiving the committee’s final report in Accra, Mr. Mahama noted that some members of the panel would be invited to join the implementation body to ensure continuity. “I have handed it over to the legal counsel and the Attorney General,” he said. “They will review it, and we will see how to synchronise our views.”
