Flagbearer of the People’s National Party (PNP), Janet Asana Nabla, has launched a sharp critique of both voter behaviour in Nima and the opposition New Patriotic Party (NPP), describing the party as weak and lacking strategic direction.
Speaking during a discussion on Morning Target on Bullet TV, the health administrator questioned the implications of electoral choices made by residents of Nima amid allegations of corruption.
“If the people of Nima vote 75 percent for Baba Jama regardless of the daylight corruption during his recent election, then we will know the kind of community they really are,” she stated.
Janet Asana Nabla further accused the NPP of poor organisation and ineffective messaging, arguing that the party lacks a clear strategy to win the confidence of voters.
“I see the NPP as a weak political party with weak communication and no strategy,” she added.
Her remarks have stirred debate around political accountability, voter responsibility, and the effectiveness of party leadership and communication in Ghana’s evolving democratic landscape.
