The stakes have been raised in the Freestyle Edition of Flora Tissues Atinka Kids Dance Season 3, as organisers warn of a massive eviction next week.
Now in its second week, the competition saw no eliminations this round. However, the Tobinco Media Group, which runs the show, has made it clear that performances and public votes will play a crucial role in determining who stays and who goes in the upcoming round.
With each voting round resetting the scoreboard, some contestants held firm in the Safe Zone, while others found themselves in precarious positions.
At the first projection, Kiki Star, Adwoa Henewaa, Love, and Nyhira Alimatu Coleman led the Green Zone alongside 10 other strong performers. Meanwhile, contestants like Stacy Baby, Dance Dimension, and Priscilla teetered in the Yellow Zone, while Rich Berry, Georgia, China, and Daavi Ba faced the looming threat of elimination in the Danger Zone.
As the rankings shifted, CVA and Official Baby climbed into the Green Zone, pushing Naakai and Anna Sam into the Semi-Safe Blue Zone. However, the Yellow and Red Zones remained largely unchanged, leaving some dancers in a difficult position.
By the third projection, there were signs of resilience, with D D Ansah Dancers and Stacy Baby moving up into the Blue Zone. But others, including Dance & Flex and Vicentia, slipped into the Yellow Zone. For China, Georgia, and MMG, the Red Zone continued to spell trouble.
A dramatic fourth projection saw D D Ansah Dancers break into the Green Zone, while Rich Berry made a late push into the Blue Zone. Chain Breakers and CVA also climbed up, but Baaba, Stacy Baby, and Priscilla remained dangerously close to elimination.
In the final ranking of the week, top contenders Kiki Star, Adwoa Henewaa, Love, and Nyhira Alimatu Coleman retained their spots in the Green Zone, joined by D D Ansah Dancers and Naakai. Official Baby dropped to the Blue Zone, while Baaba and Vicentia made surprise jumps to safety.
However, Daavi Ba, Nelly, Afansor, Georgia, and MMG ended the night in the Red Zone—marking them as the most vulnerable. Yet, with the scoreboard reset ahead of Week Three, all contestants have a fresh start to prove themselves once again.
With judges holding 50% of the decision-making power and public votes making up the rest, every contestant will need to step up their game to stay in the competition.
