The Chief Executive Officer of ICSG Ltd., Dennis Kuffour, has underscored the importance of compliance in accessing insurance benefits.
Speaking on Bullet Business on Bullet TV, hosted by Karen Antwi, Mr. Kuffour explained that policyholders must fulfil their obligations to fully benefit from insurance services.
“Our job is actually making sure that whoever is taking insurance complies with the terms—pay your premium, and when the time comes that you need insurance benefits, you come to us and we will assist you,” he stated.
His remarks came during a discussion on improving insurance penetration through effective claims collection, where he highlighted the role of trust, transparency, and adherence to policy terms in strengthening Ghana’s insurance sector.
Mr. Kuffour emphasized that increasing awareness and encouraging compliance among policyholders are critical steps toward boosting confidence and participation in insurance services across the country.
