The auditions of Atinka TV’s dance award winning reality show for children, Atinka Kids Dance is set to come off on Saturday, January 25th and Sunday, 26th 2025 respectively.
The auditions will scrutinize the dance talents or potentials of the children for the main show which marks the third edition.
From season one to two, the auditions have seen high patronage from children, parents, guardians, schools and churches.
To audition, one must register his or her child by dialing *713*203# on all networks.
The auditions will be held at the HeadQuarters of Tobinco Media Group, (Atinka Media Village) at Avenor junction at exactly 9 am.
Speaking on Atinka TV’s morning show, Ghana Nie with Nana Afia Oforiwaa, the Producer of Atinka Kids dance season 3, Afrifa Peasah urged parents to submit the birth certificates of their children when coming for auditions for verification of their ages.
He noted that this time, children between the ages of 5 to 10 would be allowed to participate in the competition.
He again made it known that individuals or groups( not more than five) can take part in the competition.
He assured that season three would be bigger and better than the previous seasons, noting that this time, the eviction shows will be held both inside and outside the Sika hall which is usually the venue for the main shows.
Again, Afrifa Peasah mentioned that most of the children have potential and hidden talents, adding that until they are given such platforms, these potentials may not be realised.
He therefore encouraged parents, schools to register their children and students to experience this great platform.
Atinka Kids Dance is a show that harnesses the dance talents of children and as well give them the platform to showcase their talents and to build their confidence.
Each week, the children are given tasks to perform with different genres of music to give audience varieties.
At the 28th Ghana Journalists Association (GJA) Media Awards held at the International Conference Centre, Atinka TV’s Kids Dance was awarded the Programme of the Year under the Ghanaian Language category.
